It's been 11 days since I placed my order, and I've sent multiple emails and even left a voicemail, but still no word on whether my order has shipped. The website says it should take 14 days to get my stuff and that they’d reply to emails within 24 hours. I'm just left hanging with no updates at all.

Ideal bike size. Arrived before Christmas, just what I needed. I would totally suggest it.

I placed an order for the bike on November 30th. To my surprise, I got a message that same day saying it was on its way and had a delivery date. The next day, I received another message with my parcel reference and a delivery date for December 1st. Adam reached out the following day to check in, which is pretty cool since not many companies do that. Today, on December 25th, I got a follow-up message asking if my kid liked their present. I’m happy to report that my child was almost in tears when he unwrapped it this morning, making his Christmas special since he can now ride with his buddies who all got a REVVI bike. Big thanks to Adam and the REVVI team for their effort and communication throughout the process. I’ll definitely be recommending them and shopping with them again.

Fantastic service despite the wait, but I was kept in the loop and reassured throughout. Honestly, I can't express how thankful I am for the customer support I received. They really went the extra mile to help me figure out where my package ended up after it was delivered to a neighbor. Technically, that’s not their job; that’s on the delivery service. Anyway, to cut a long story short, it finally arrived, and my boy is gonna have a super happy Christmas!

I ordered a pink quad bike, but they informed me it was out of stock. I was given the choice of a full refund or picking a different color. There was no update on when it would show up. When it finally did come, it was all scratched up, and I didn’t get the chance to return it; they just refunded me £35, even though I had paid £400 for it. It was only after I wrote this review that I received an email saying I could return it after it was assembled. The company was pretty quick to respond to my concerns.

I was really bummed after my order got canceled at first. It was canceled for a valid reason while they sorted out stock issues. But once I placed my order again, they kept me in the loop. They responded quickly to my emails, and I got text updates once it was dispatched, arriving the very next day. The service was top-notch! After seeing some bad reviews, I was a bit nervous, but everything turned out just fine. My son is going to be thrilled on Christmas Day with his new Revvi! 😊

Avoid this place, seriously! I ordered last year for Christmas and still no delivery at my door. These scammers just shot me an email suggesting I pick something else in time for the holidays. Yeah, I fell for that once, but not again! Hope you enjoyed my response, scammers! 😂😂😂 Oh, and I didn’t get a refund either! 😂😂😂 As for your reply, don’t talk nonsense to me. The bank has no record of any money coming in, and it wasn’t a credit card like you claimed in your text. You’re full of it! Bottom line, I’m not desperate for it. Keep it, but don’t spread your lies around me.

Fantastic service!!! Highly recommend! We got a kids quad for my son's Christmas gift and we couldn't be happier with it. Adam was super easy to chat with and assisted us in picking out the ideal quad. The delivery was super fast, and the quad is INCREDIBLE! We can't wait to see his reaction on Christmas morning!!!

Definitely NOT recommended! I ordered the Revvi 16 bundle, but the bike never showed up! I reached out via email for an update on the delivery, and they got back to me saying they canceled my order due to delivery problems. The kicker is, if I hadn’t emailed them, they wouldn’t have bothered to inform me about the issues with the delivery service! When I requested a refund, they promised it would be processed in 2 to 3 days, but I ended up waiting 8 days for it! If you look at other reviews from August, you'll find that many folks had the same experience as I did. Don’t waste your time and cash on this company!

I got my hands on 2 electric balance bikes for some birthdays, and they’re fantastic! The delivery was speedy, and the folks at the company were super helpful, even following up to make sure everything was alright after it arrived. I’d surely order from this company again, thanks a bunch! ☺️
